Web Else can also host your web site. Web hosting, paid annually, is necessary to show your web site content to visitors who type in your domain name. Think of web hosting as rent for your web site files in cyberspace.

Not only will Web Else host your web site, but we are happy to provide assistance in helping you decide which hosting plan best suits your needs. Providing you with personal service is what we do at Web Else.
Web Else will facilitate the transfer of your site to our host servers FREE of charge.

Domain Name Registration & E-mail
Web Else provides domain name registration. We can easily handle your domain name registration, and also provide you with matching e-mail addresses for that domain. For example, a domain name of www.mycompany.com can have the e-mail address yourname@mycompany.com.

If you have already purchased a domain name, Web Else will handle the transfer for FREE, so that your domain name will point to our domain name servers.

 Web Site Maintenance & Web Master Services

Web Site Maintenance
Once your web site is completed, web site maintenance is required to keep your web site current and in good working order. Web site maintenance is optional, and you may choose to do your own maintenance. However, most clients choose to allow us to handle web site maintenance for the first year. This is because most new web clients need time to tailor their web site to identified needs of their customers.

Typical maintenance includes validation of web site links, replacing graphics (as needed), updating or deleting obsolete information, adding links to brochures or promotional flyers, and making other customer updates as needed. One year of web site maintenance covers up to 10 hours of technical support. Support in excess of 10 hours will be billed at at rate of twenty-five ($25) dollars per hour (one hour minimum).

Web site maintenance is paid annually, one year in advance. This sevice is not automatically renewed. Customers desiring an additional year of site maintenance must advise Web Else in writing, 30 days prior to the expiration of the initial term of coverage.

Webmaster Services
Customers who require more than 10 hours of technical support annually should opt for Web Else Webmaster Services. In addition to performing frequent web site updates and quality assurance checks to ensure the functionality of web sites, webmaster services provide for future planning for web site traffic growth and for disaster recovery. We will also monitor your web site traffic and provide monthly reports that detail who visits your web site, when, for how long, and even what search engine referred them and what key words were used. This could serve as a very valuable marketing tool. Call us for a quote!

Consulting
Web Else provides consulting services to help you decide on the most effective use of your web presence. For example, will your site's primary function be to provide information to customers, or does your business require that you gather information from clients?

We can assist you in the actual planning of your web site from concept to storyboard, all the way to launch. We'll help you answer such questions as:
